Jupiter is the northern edge of the area we buy in — and one of its strongest teardown and renovation markets, from the river neighborhoods to Jupiter Farms. Cash buyers · 25+ years of combined experience · 1,000+ transactions.
Jupiter grew mainly from the 1970s on, so a lot of its older houses — in neighborhoods off Center Street, Loxahatchee River Road, Pennock Point and the streets near Indiantown Road and US-1 — are now 40 to 50 years old. Many are small ranch homes on lots that buyers want for new construction.
Homes near the Loxahatchee River and the Intracoastal are often in FEMA flood zones, where the 50% rule caps how much an older house can be improved without bringing it up to current elevation. For those, a rebuild usually makes more sense than a renovation.
Jupiter Farms, west of the Turnpike, is unincorporated Palm Beach County: larger lots, horse properties, dirt roads and homes on well and septic. Permits and code there go through the county.
These ZIP codes cover all or part of Jupiter. ZIP boundaries don't always follow city limits, and some are shared with neighboring cities.

| Selling to Prop Hunters | Listing with an agent | |
|---|---|---|
| Repairs & condition | Sold as-is. We account for the repairs in our offer, so you don't fix, clean out or stage anything. | Buyers and their lenders often ask for repairs or credits after the inspection and appraisal. |
| Showings | No open houses and no strangers walking through. The process is a private conversation. | Showings and open houses are a normal part of marketing a listed home. |
| Commissions & fees | No listing-agent commission when you sell directly to us. Closing costs depend on the contract, and we'll go through them with you. | Agent commissions are negotiable and vary by agreement, plus closing costs and any repair credits. |
| Buyer financing | Our offers are cash offers, so there is no buyer mortgage approval to fall through. | The sale can depend on the buyer's loan approval and the lender's appraisal. |
| Closing date | You choose a closing date that works for you. | Depends on the buyer's financing, inspection and appraisal timeline. |
| Price | Our offer reflects the house as it stands today, with repair and holding costs taken out. | A renovated, move-in-ready house can sometimes sell for more on the open market, but that takes time and money up front and is not guaranteed. |
| Best fit | Houses needing major work, and complicated situations such as probate, liens, tenants or code cases — or sellers who value privacy and certainty. | Move-in-ready houses, or sellers with the time and budget to prepare the house for market. |
If your Jupiter house is in good shape and you are not in a hurry, listing with an agent may bring a higher price. Our offers make the most sense when condition, timing or a complicated situation makes a traditional sale hard.

Yes — that's what we do. We buy distressed Jupiter houses as-is: major repairs, damage, violations, foreclosure, probate, bad tenants. We don't buy condos.
We estimate what the house would be worth fully repaired, based on recorded Palm Beach sales of comparable nearby homes. Then we subtract what we expect repairs, holding costs and closing costs to be, and what we need to make the project worth taking on. We don't use a flat percentage, and we'll explain how we got to the number.
