• SMS consent records: whether you checked the SMS consent box, or texted us, and when.
• Basic technical data: the page you submitted a form from, referring page and campaign tags (for example utm parameters), and standard server logs such as IP address and browser type.

• To respond to your inquiry, evaluate your property and prepare an offer.
• To call, email or text you about your inquiry, appointments and follow-ups, and investor or lender updates if you request them.
• To keep records of your consent and opt-out requests.
• To run, secure and improve the Site.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties.
