From Fort Lauderdale, Hollywood and Pembroke Pines to Plantation, Davie, Pompano Beach and Weston, we buy distressed houses and lots across Broward County as-is. Cash buyers · 25+ years of combined experience · 1,000+ transactions.
Broward County has 31 municipalities, from Hallandale Beach in the south to Deerfield Beach in the north and Weston along the Everglades in the west. Each city runs its own building and code-enforcement departments, so a code case in Plantation or Pompano Beach is handled very differently from one in unincorporated areas or another city. Probate, foreclosure and other court matters are handled in the county's 17th Judicial Circuit, and recorded documents are kept by the Broward County Clerk.
East Broward has plenty of 1950s–70s block homes, canals and FEMA flood zones, where insurance costs and renovation limits make older houses hard to sell conventionally. West Broward is mostly newer HOA communities — Pembroke Pines, Miramar, Weston, Coral Springs — whose first-generation roofs and AC systems are coming due. Davie and Plantation Acres add rural-zoned lots and acreage, some on well and septic.

Inherited a house in Broward County? We buy before probate is opened and during probate, and we work with the estate’s attorney. Our Broward probate page covers which court handles the case, where the clerk’s probate office is, homestead rules and what to do when heirs disagree. En español.

Yes — that's what we do. We buy distressed houses, teardown lots and commercial property in Broward County as-is: major repairs, damage, violations, foreclosure, probate, bad tenants. We don't buy condos.
We estimate what the property would be worth fully repaired, based on recorded Broward sales of comparable nearby properties. Then we subtract what we expect repairs, holding costs and closing costs to be, and what we need to make the project worth taking on. We don't use a flat percentage, and we'll explain how we got to the number.
We buy across Broward — from Hallandale Beach and Hollywood in the south to Pompano Beach and Deerfield Beach in the north, and west to Davie, Weston and Coral Springs. If your city isn't listed on this page, send us the address and we'll take a look.
It depends on where the property is. Most Broward addresses are inside a city, and the city's code compliance department handles violations. Each city's page on our site links to its official site.
We have pages for Deerfield Beach, Coral Springs, Pompano Beach, Tamarac, Sunrise, Plantation, Fort Lauderdale, Davie, Weston, Hollywood, Hallandale Beach, Pembroke Pines, and Miramar. We also look at properties in other parts of the county — send us the address.
